Prices are in USD per night.
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival date. Your initial payment can be made for the deposit only or the entire rental amount. If you are reserving now for a booking with a check-in date less than 30 days, then you will need to pay in full to confirm your reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund of your deposit will be given up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After 30 days, we will refund only if we can re-rent the house for the same dates. Note that credit card fees are not refundable and we do not offer refunds on partial stays for any reason.

I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart or side by side, especially if you plan to be on the go every day of your trip. The road to get to the house is long and steep, but the Gringo Hill area is super cool!
