Where the Garden Meets the Grill — Sayulita’s Open-Kitchen Farm Table

We cook the way we live—simple, bold, and close to the land. On our 6-acre agave estate near Sayulita and Punta Mita, the open-air kitchen turns local produce, fresh seafood, and fire into honest flavors. Built with reclaimed and sustainable materials, the space is photogenic, soulful, and very Cachasol.

Our rotating menu celebrates Mexico’s greatest hits, including:
• Handmade quesadillas and sopes (Oaxaca cheese, flor de calabaza, or chorizo)
• Fresh ceviche, cactus salad, esquites, and molcajete guacamole
• Fire-grilled proteins like flank steak, shrimp, and cecina
• Seasonal elotes, hearty shrimp broth, and slow-cooked frijoles
• Pastel de elote with corn ice cream

Watch tortillas pressed to order, salsas ground fresh, and meats kissed by flame. Pair it all with signature cocktails—from the Tequila Barba-Rita to hibiscus margaritas—or a Cachasol flight featuring our additive-free tequilas and ancestral-style Raicilla.

Stunning place!

I recently visited Cachasol and it was absolutely fantastic! The tequila, cocktails and food were amazing. Exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful experience at Cachasol! This was the highlight of our trip to Sayulita. The staff was incredible and couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating to our group. We brought our kids along and they had the best time playing and visiting Cacho, the distillery dog. We went back to do a new mixology and culinary experience with a few people in our group and we had a blast and learned a ton. Both the tequila and Raicilla are incredible and we were excited to hear that we can buy their tequila online and ship it directly to our home in Texas. If you’re in the Puerto Vallarta/Punta Mita/Sayulita area, you for sure need to visit Cachasol!

Awesome place!

Must do in Sayulita!! Add this to your itinerary and you will not regret it. Margaritas are perfect. Guacamole is the best. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Farm-to-table cuisine is delicious and such a cool experience to make my own tortilla. This is perfect for a family (even has a play area for kids), friend group (I did Girls Night Out and want to book again), or date night with your partner. Definitely book Cachasol tour!

Highly recommended!

Such an enchanting evening with James at Cachasol Spirits! We arrived to an oasis in the middle of the jungle with rows of agave plants, natural gardens and a water feature of water reused from the distilling process. The bar beneath the umbrella of a shade tree was a delight as were Christian and David! The buildings were rustic with an artisanal feel laid out perfectly to flow through the process of the raicilla distillation.

Now for the star of the show for me! The food oh my goodness. The tastings of tequila were paired with an incredible cactus salad and ceviche (both so fresh and full of flavor) followed by a shrimp soup, out of this world guacamole in a large molcajete and then came dinner of a chicken & chorizo quesadilla along with black beans and rice! It doesn’t stop there desert of corn cake with corn ice cream (out of this world I must say I do not even like cornbread)
It was about time to go and to have a final night cap of an espresso martini (made with tequila of course)! Check out the merch great tanks and tees!
We felt like family and will definitely be back to absorb more of James knowledge and passion!
