Casa Churro is a brand new 4-bedroom, 5 bath villa that sleeps up to 12 people (10 adults max plus 2 children). Each bedroom in the villa has its own ensuite bathroom. The upper floor offers two primary bedrooms with panoramic ocean views. The third floor offers a generous common area (kitchen, living room with two story ceilings, heated pool with cascading waterfall, outdoor garden and pool terrace, and a pergola for outdoor dining). The second floor offers two additional bedrooms – one an additional en-suite primary bedroom, and the other a luxury bunk room. The bunk room was designed to be lovely enough for two additional couples to enjoy, or alternatively as a bunk room for up to 7 children.
The street level has a game room. All bedrooms and common areas have AC for those sunny Sayulita days. Starlink WIFI and gorgeous interior finishes are all around. The home also offers high ceilings throughout to let the sunshine in. We’ve worked hard to create a cozy, warm, and welcoming home, while also offering the little conveniences that we have grown to appreciate and expect in a luxury beach rental. Additionally, we are proud to have installed an ENTIRE HOME water filtratration system, where you can safely drink, brush your teeth and shower knowing the water is safe and healthy for use and consumption.
Casa Churro was meticulously designed to enjoy every drop that Sayulita has to offer. This property balances stunning Sayulita ocean views from every room in the house with being conveniently located two blocks up from the Northside beach. Casa Churro is an easy walk to the Northside restaurants, shops, and cafes. It is about a ten-minute walk to the heart of Sayulita’s main square and popular surfing beach on the Southside of town.
While Sayulita arguably has all you will ever need for your dream beach vacation, it can also act as a convenient home-base for day trips to San Pancho (15 minutes), Punta Mita (20 minutes) and Puerto Vallarta (40 minutes).

$500 USD security deposit is required
In addition to nightly rate:
- 5% Mexican lodging tax not included in nightly rate
- 16% Mexican Value Add Tax (known as IVA) not included in nightly rate
- Daily cleaning fee included in nightly rate (no additional charge)
Full amount paid minus $400 USD per house per rental week if notified at least two months prior to stay. Refund when notified less than two months prior to stay only if the house is re-rented, and then for the amount of the new rental minus $400 USD per rental week for each house rented.
I like staying on the North side of Sayulita and this house is in the ideal location. It is an easy walk, or short golf cart drive, down the hill to the beaches, restaurants and bars on the Northside and a short golf cart drive (or 10-15 min) walk to the center of town.
I can't wait to come back!
The fact that the whole house has a water filtration system was AMAZING — usually you have to be cautious with sink/shower water but it was so amazing not to worry about that. Plus, ocean views from the shower…..so nice.
On one stormy night, all the power across Sayulita went off, but because Casa Churro has its own little generator we were fine with power. These hosts thought of everything.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nick and the entire Sayulita At Your Service team. They were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive to all of our (many) requests.
The house itself was beyond comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom was private with its own en-suite bathroom, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. The view is great, the air conditioning was excellent, and the fully stocked game room made it hard to even consider leaving the house.
One unexpected, but incredibly valuable feature was the backup generator. During our stay, we experienced three incredible stormy nights with power outages in the area, but the generator kicked in immediately—no interruptions at all. It’s something you might not think about when booking, but it made a huge difference.
The daily housekeeping was another highlight. Coming back each day to fresh towels, tidy rooms, and a spotless house made everything feel like a true luxury vacation.
All in all, we had a phenomenal experience. I can’t recommend Casa Churro and the Sayulita At Your Service team highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

The water filtration system was a game changer. It gave me peace of mind and made it easy to stay hydrated without relying on plastic bottles, which is something I really value when traveling. I appreciated the attention to detail such as the high-quality local bath products and kitchen spices.
