Just a leisurely 3-minute walk from the untouched, peaceful north-end beach and its inviting "left" surf break, our villa is a haven where the ocean's beauty and gentle breezes create a relaxing retreat. Here, you'll experience sweeping vistas of the Pacific by day and unforgettable, colorful sunsets by night, nestled amidst the serene sway of palm trees and the majestic backdrop of Monkey Mountain.
The space
Designed with you in mind, our four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa is perfect for families and couples seeking a memorable escape. Crafted by the visionary architect Jose Enrique del Valle, Casa Compadres perfectly combines style and practicality, offering a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.
As you walk through the charming antique front door, you're greeted by a striking open stairwell illuminated by three stunning chandeliers. This stairwell leads up to the top floor's luxurious bedrooms. Each air-conditioned room effortlessly spills onto a generous terrace, offering breathtaking ocean views and the charming village below.
Head up to the rooftop patio and discover your favorite spot for enjoying morning coffee, setting up a peaceful work station, or relaxing with a margarita while watching the sun set spectacularly over the horizon. During certain seasons, you might even be delighted by dolphins leaping or whales breaching in the distance.
On the main level, you'll find a beautifully appointed kitchen, dining area, and open-air living space adorned with curated art and décor from around Mexico. With a state-of-the-art, digitally controlled refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen, you're all set to whip up delicious meals with fresh ingredients from the local markets.
Descend to the lush lower level, where plush lounge chairs, vibrant tropical plants, and graceful palms surround an inviting pool and soothing waterfall. A tranquil garden area, complete with a palapa, offers a shady retreat for reading or meditation. Nearby, the "Stone" bedroom captivates with its artistic stonework and includes a private marble-tiled bathroom with a unique indoor/outdoor shower experience.
Due to Casa Compadres' prime location, exploring the area is a breeze without needing a rental car. Enjoy the convenience of twice-weekly maid service to keep your space pristine. We've also installed a comprehensive whole-house water purification system, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
Newly installed fibre-optic internet will provide the most reliable and high-speed internet in town.

Due to the location of Casa Compadres, a rental car is not necessary, but there is reserved parking in front of the house.

I wanted to leave a comment on how wonderful your Sayulita home is, providing everyone in our party with the perfect holiday. We think about Mexico most every day, and cannot wait until the end of January. We booked two weeks this year. Casa Compradres is our ideal holiday home. For three couples, the rooms are quiet and private, the common areas are spacious and comfortable. The house is located just out of town - quiet, and yet just blocks from anything town provides. Perched at the base of the hill, we can view the ocean, and stroll the few blocks to the beach, or town, in minutes. We've had friends stay in town (too noisy), and further from town (too far, and sometimes too uphill), and realize that Casa Compadres has an ideal location. The house is kept clean and supplied by a friendly and respectful staff. Thank you for sharing your home again with us this year. We had a wonderful experience at your home! The location was perfect: close enough to walk to the center plaza and yet situated high up to maintain a gorgeous view! The backyard w/ the pool was the perfect respite when we wanted to chill in the sun and do nothing; the margarita terrace we used as the morning coffee and reading terrace. Every time I glanced out onto my bedroom's upper balcony--I felt the urge to pinch myself. Plus, we each could maintain our personal privacy, which was really important to us.
