Casa Ines #2 in Sayulita is a brand-new 3-bedroom, 3½-bath beachfront vacation rental located in the gated Villas del Palmar community on Sayulita’s North Beach. This prime location offers the best of both worlds—peaceful beachfront living just minutes from the town center.
This unit occupies the second and third floors of the building. The second floor features a spacious open-air kitchen, living, and dining area with ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a second with two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), also with an ensuite bathroom.
The top floor is home to the stunning penthouse suite, offering a king bed and an incredible natural stone ensuite bathroom. Just outside the suite, you’ll find an additional outdoor dining area, a heavy-duty gas grill, a wine cabinet, and a serving bar with a sink. This level also includes a half bath, a beautiful wraparound sofa, and a spectacular jacuzzi with sweeping ocean views.
Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, panoramic views, and cool ocean breezes throughout the open-air living spaces, while the bedrooms remain enclosed and air-conditioned for comfort when needed.
Villas del Palmar is a premier, family-friendly beachfront community located on the ideal stretch of Sayulita’s North Beach. Guests have access to a heated swimming pool with a large main pool and a medium-sized kiddie pool, as well as ample tables, chairs, and loungers to relax while watching surfers and unforgettable Pacific sunsets.
The pool and beachfront common areas are shared with other guests in the complex. To maintain a peaceful environment, please respect community guidelines: no glass, pets, or loud noise in common areas, and quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

On the downside, it is a bit run down. Paint is bubbling and peeling, several light fixtures no longer work, the upstairs couches are dated with torn covers, the upstairs bathroom smells like sewage, a couple of the inner doorknobs are inoperative.
If you are using it as a crash pad it could work, but if you are looking for a comfortable place to spend time, it is not your house. It definitely did not feel like a good value for the cost, given the much nicer houses in the neighborhood.

We are really sorry you were unsatisfied with your stay at Casa Lucas, and appreciate your honest feedback. I assure you it was just a case of bad timing. While the couches upstairs were starting to get worn pretty well, the guests the week before you, ripped the fabric, and we didn\'t have time to get them redone before your arrival. My apologies for that. They have now been reupholstered, and look brand new. We also went through and touched-up all the paint after you left. We are sorry it looked run down to you. We checked all light bulbs, door knobs, and plumbing fixtures, and all are now in perfect working order. Again, we appreciate your feedback, so we can keep our home in much better condition for future guests. Take care!
