Description

Casa Malva in Sayulita is a brand new, three bedroom/three bath Penthouse condo in the newly completed Casa Galeria complex. Located in a great neighborhood with just a 3 minute easy walk to the beach and town center. There is onsite secure parking and a great coffee shop serving breakfast and lunch.

Casa Malva accommodates up to six guests. With eclectic decor that adds a splash of Mexican color, you will be enchanted and delighted with this space. We have air conditioning in the main living area as well as in all the bedrooms, to ensure that you will always be comfortable.

The modern open kitchen/living/dining area is well appointed with all you will need during your stay. The living room opens up to a breezy terrace where you will enjoy village views and jungly hillsides, while overlooking the pool below. With both ceiling fans and AC, your comfort is assured.

The private rooftop terrace offers a private bar, dining space, outdoor lounging space and a hot tub.

The onsite pool is shared by all units and is a great place to swim laps and lounge in the sun.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Malva. The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance (beach, restaurants, shops), yet it’s far enough away to avoid the noise from the bars. The apartment is spacious for a family and very clean. Communication with Éric and Isis was easy and quick.

Such an amazing place!

Beautiful place with a wonderful location. Short walk to the town or beach but far enough away from the noise to have a peaceful rest. Isis was very responsive to texts if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we wanted!

Perfect location. Close to everything but right in the heart of action. It was quiet at night, and could easily walk to all Sayulita has to offer. The condo is spacious, clean, private, and has wonderful community space to spend time with friends or family. Eric and his assistant were responsive and a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend.

Great place!

The host gave us such a friendly, relaxed welcom including lots of recommendations of the local area. Very convenient location. Modern, clean and spacious with a great bonus of a rooftop hangout area! We loved it and would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

Excellent!

Casa Malva was above our expectations, the pictures didn't it do it justice, it surpass our expectations. The place was very nice: spacious (3 bedrooms and 3 restrooms, great for our family), well equipped (everything needed for our stay as well beach umbrellas and chairs for our visit to the beach, very helpful) as well very comfortable. The pool was great and spacious. Our co-host Isis was very nice, responsive, and welcoming and provided clear instructions. If given the opportunity we would stay there again! Thank you.
