Description
Casa Silvana in Sayulita is located in the Beachfront Complex Villas del Palmar. Just a 30 second walk to the beach and 7 minute walk into town, it is ideally located on the north side beach.
Casa Silvana is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. The first bedroom comes equipped with 2 double beds, the second bedroom with 1 queen bed and the third bedroom with a king bed and two toddler beds. All homes in Villas del Palmar share a large beachfront swimming pool with a shallow area for kids as well as a large palapa shaded area with lounge chairs and tables.
Villas del Palmar is a family-friendly complex and kids are welcome. We also accept well-behaved dogs with prior approval.

We absolutely loved our week in Sayulita!
The host was very communicative & friendly! We requested a crib for our 1.5yr old & were happy to find a pack & play already in the unit on arrival.
Location is a 30 second walk to the sand (3 min walk to paddle out & surf), is quiet in the best way & feels very safe, security was present at all times. We chose to rent a golf cart which changed our 10min walk into town into a 2min drive. Golf cart rentals are right out front of the complex along with some delicious food!
Drinking water provided in the unit was a huge bonus! And, mini split AC’s in each bedroom were a lifesaver! The unit felt slightly outdated compared to some of the others we saw in the complex but this didn’t change the quality of our trip in the slightest!
Would absolutely recommend this unit & this complex to friends heading to Sayulita!

Great experience.
We were a group of six adults and two kids. All around we had a great experience. The location was fantastic and accommodations as well. Kids loved the heated pool and the rental golf carts the most. The hosts communicated well and were very responsive. The facilities and amenities were quite adequate, and the supplies were well-stocked. Sayulita itself has something to offer to everyone.

Fantastic Location!
Our family of 5 stayed at Casa Silvana the week before Christmas. There was actually plenty of room for a few more people. The location is absolutely perfect! So close to the beach and great restaurants right outside the door. (We ate at the pizza place twice; it was so good!) Also, just a short walk into the town center. We loved having happy hour by the pool area overlooking the ocean. Having ample filtered water, giant beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas really added to our stay. This complex was incredibly quiet even though there were lots of people staying in nearby units. The ceiling fans and mini splits also kept the place very cool and comfortable. Casa Silvana provides everything you need and Noah and Eric did a great job ensuring we were happy and comfortable! We definitely plan to come back!

Good Location, Needs Some Updates
Have stayed in Sayulita several times, and always prefer the location of the condo in this part of town. Eric and his team went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the issues that we encountered with the AC and even installed a new safe to assist w/security concerns. The furnishings of the Casa Silvana are seriously dated, and in some respects were almost unusable especially regarding items in the kitchen which were either non-existent or rusted beyond usability. Likewise for the furniture that is little more than patio variety (also rusted BTW). The complex has a good pool and good beach location so those helped overcome some of the other concerns we had.
