Resort fees:
The Original Villa Amor has a Resort fee, and the amount depends on the villa's category: $100 USD for 1BR, $150 USD for 2BR & $ and $200 USD for 3BR villa. The applicable taxes are included; the RF is per reservation and payable at the time of booking or upon check-in.

Prices are per night and are in US dollars, and are for four guests. Each additional guest, space permitting, will incur an extra fee of $25 USD per night. 16% IVA (VAT tax); and an additional federal lodging tax of 4% will be added to your invoice.
Before booking your stay, please be aware Villa Amor is in a beautiful, yet unique environment. Villas are located on an oceanfront hillside in jungle terrain. Most of our villas provide tropical, open-air living environments with air conditioning in the bedrooms only. Villa Amor is not a gated, "behind the walls" location. Upon leaving the hotel property, you are in a traditional Mexican fishing village that has grown to embrace a boho-chic, world traveler vibe.

Villa Amor Policies
Reservations must be fully paid 60 days before the guest arrival date.
Prices per night, in US dollars & plus taxes (4% lodging tax & 16% IVA tax).
Methods of payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Internacional Wire Transfer.
Confirmation of a reservation:
A villa unit is reserved when our reservation department has processed the payment and the guest received an “Executed Confirmation”.
Cancellation policy:
For reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to guest arrival, the following options are available:
50% refund from the total paid, minus bank commission.
A credit letter for the 100% of the total paid, to be used within 1 year towards another reservation, starting from your original guest arrival.
For reservations cancelled between 59-30 days prior to guest arrival:
A credit letter for the 50% of the total paid, to be used within 1 year towards another reservation, starting from your original guest arrival.
For reservations cancelled with less than 30 days prior to the guest arrival and “no shows”:
No refunds or future credits apply.
Group & wedding group bookings: For questions on terms and conditions of group contracts please contact the resort directly.
Promotions are non refundable and must be paid in full when reserving.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury, or personal emergencies. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Gorgeous rooms .Great views. Can’t wait to come back. Daniel at the Concierge was so helpful and kind. We stayed in both May Y Sol and Corazon. The restaurant on property Si Senor had fantastic food. Luis our server was so kind and funny. Hard to leave! Cute town. Lots of charm.
The staff was so friendly and made us feel at home, always ready to help with anything we needed. The villa was clean, cozy, and had everything we could ask for.
We enjoyed yoga, exploring the town, and just relaxing as a family. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place in Sayulita, Villa Amor is perfect! We can’t wait to come back
