We just stopped in for an appetizer and a drink not knowing anything about it and were gobsmacked by how deliciously gourmet it was.
The place is open-air, with green areas and a pool.
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. Volcán Pool and Grill feels like a true hidden gem — a spot clearly designed for locals rather than tourists, with a laid-back, welcoming vibe. The views from the hilltop are absolutely spectacular, and there’s even a pool where kids can play while parents relax and enjoy their meal.
The food was outstanding. We ordered the meat platter, and it was simply fantastic — tender, perfectly cooked, and packed with rich, vibrant flavors. It came with a trio of delicious sauces, and the marinade and seasoning were executed to absolute perfection. Even though we ordered for four people, it generously fed six of us, with plenty left to take home. The mushroom mousse appetizer was another highlight — luxurious, savory, and beautifully presented.
The cocktails were on another level — easily comparable to, if not better than, those at some of the top hotels and bars around the world. Each drink was crafted with creativity and incredible attention to flavor.
The whole space at Volcán Pool and Grill feels magical — a perfect blend of relaxed atmosphere, breathtaking scenery, and world-class food and drinks. We feel so lucky to have discovered this place, and we can't wait to return.
