Went while vacationing in Sayulita

Wonderful and economical service. We went to a different health clinic in Sayulita previously and the cost was much higher. The doctors on service were very helpful and spent much more time than we expected with us. On all 3 occasions we had excellent service (from 3 different doctors) and highly recommend the clinic.

Impressive facilities and caring staff

Mid March 2024 I was on vacation with family in Sayulita, most of our group had an intestinal virus and recovered in 24 to 36 hours. After 48 hours I was unable to keep down water. We ask Air BnB owner where to seek medical care for me. He recommended the Punta Mita clinic in Sayulita. Upon arrival I was quickly checked in, Dr. Maria Almaraz and her nurse Suzi had a plan of care for me . They were unable to locate a vein for an IV of fluids and medication, due to my being dehydrated . Dr Maria called the main facility for assistance. While waiting they were able to get me warm , when help arrived they were successful in locating a vein and treatment proceeded as planned. Being a visitor in a foreign country I was concerned about communication. Dr Maria spoke english and nurse Suzi and I used Google translate. I left Mexico feeling better and with much respect for their healthcare system.

Excellent COVID Testing Services

Larisa and Andrea coordinated very well with my group. Andrea actually walking up a hill in the rain with me to get to our rental house. She was delightful. It was a painless process, affordable, easy, and I strongly recommend them to any person looking to set up in-home testing to return back to the USA.

Just ok.

They are very expertised in fertility but you will pay a lot more than you expect, they are never on time and don't take the time to show you how to do things properly and when they make a mistake they don't own it or want any feedback from you. Most staff are very nice and caring though otherwise.

We have used Punta Mita hospital on multiple occasions in the last year and have found the staff to be kind, knowledgable, and very supportive. The facility is clean, well equipped, and well run. Their prices are reasonable and it is a really enjoyable drive from Sayulita. We highly recommend Punta Mita Hospital!

Outstanding professionalism served with comforting kindness.

Hard to begin, because there is so much to like. Everything from admission to discharge was just done so well. My wife had surgery on her broken arm last Tuesday at this hospital. We were shown such kindness during this tough time and they literally and figuratively eased the pain. I can't say enough about the staff and the expertly equipped facility. They brought in an orthopedic surgeon to handle the case fm the outside. Their selection and partnership with local doctors is amazing. I would never hesitate to return and we highly recommend this place. They are wonderful.
